Lucille Zabokrtsky, 79, died Monday, February 12, 2018 at the Centennial Homestead Nursing Home, Washington.
Visitation: Wednesday, February 14, 2018 from Noon until 8 p.m. at Ward Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m.
Graveside Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m., Thursday, February 15, at Washington City Cemetery, Washington.
A memorial fund is established to be designated later. Contributions may be sent in care of Ward Funeral Home.
