Lila F. Patterson, age 93, entered into rest on Tuesday, February 27, 2018, at Mount Joseph Senior Village in Concordia, Kansas. She was born June 24, 1924 in Huscher, Kansas to Guy and Clara (Trost) Revell.
Lila married LeRoy William Patterson on March 20, 1947 in Clay Center, Kansas. He preceded her in death on July 16, 1988.
Lila worked as a sales clerk for Duckwall’s Department Store.
She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, Concordia. Her hobbies included gardening, reading and working crossword puzzles.
Lila is survived by her daughter, Patsy Valliant (Terry), Atchison, KS.; son Gerry Patterson (Kathy), Midwest City, OK.; 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her, husband, LeRoy, Parents, 2 sisters, Bertha M. Merrill, Vila Huff, 2 brothers, Myron & Orville Revell.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 5, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., at the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia, Kansas. Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia, Kansas, with Pastor Scott Tempero officiating.
Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Concordia, Kansas
Memorial contributions may be given to the Trinity United Methodist Church in c/o Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home.
