Barbara L. Thompson, 70, of Salina, passed away Thursday March 22, 2018. She was born February 10, 1948 in Lucas, Ks. To Everett L and Aurile I. (Harbaugh) Sigle.
Barbara touched many lives and she was loved by many. She will be missed but we are at peace knowing she is with the Lord.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother; Steven Sigle and a sister; Janet Conner.
Survivors include her beloved husband of 38 years; Dale Thompson, daughter Angie (Jim) Hughes of Salina and a son; Robert E. (Missaha) Thompson of Tupelo, MS, 7 grandchildren; Reagan Hughes, Ethan Thompson, Emily Thompson, Evan Thompson, Mary Kathryn Thompson, Marcus Thompson and Marcia Thompson, and 6 sisters; Connie (Dennis) Webb, Sheryl Blenz, Mary Lofdahl, Sara (Bob) Humiston, and Sue Steele, all of Salina and Nancy (Greg) Hottman of Abilene, sisters-in-law; Marcella Dumond of Norwich, NY and Kristy Sigle of Wichita, brother-in-law; Bennett (Peg) Thompson and father and mother-in-law; Ernie and Laura Thompson, both of Mt. Upton, NY.
Memorial services will be held at 10:30 am, Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at the Grand Avenue United Methodist Church, 304 W. Grand Ave, Salina, Ks., 67401.
