Merle M. Gross, 97, of Washington, Kan., died July 3, 2018 at the Linn Community Nursing Home in Linn, Kan.
A funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Friday, July 6, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Linn. Visitation will begin at 1:30 p.m. until service time.
Burial will be in St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery in Linn.
Survivors include his daughter, Myrna (Bill) Skrabal, Washington; son, Ronald (Loeda) Gross, Salina; four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Olinda on May 30, 2014; parents; and sister, Berniece Holtgren.
A memorial fund has been established to the Linn Community Nursing Home or St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Contributions may be sent in care of Ward Funeral Home.
