ham30330Dane Aaron Hamilton, Salina, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013. He was born October 26, 1986 in Salina, KS to Michael A Hamilton and Jackie K (Clark) Hamilton.

Dane graduated from Bennington High School in 2005. He enjoyed fishing, boating and spending time with his family and friends. He was a loving and dedicated father to his 2 yr. old daughter Lillie Rae Hamilton.

He is survived in death by his parents; his daughter; four sisters; Danielle St John, Laura Stallbaumer, Nicole Hamilton and Tara Hamilton; his paternal grandmother Pearl Childress and his maternal grandparents, Betty & Riley Clark.

Vigil services will be at 7:00 p.m. Thursday April 4th at the Ryan Mortuary, where friends may call. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at Sacred Heath Cathedral at 11:00 a.m. on Friday April 5th.

Memorials may be sent c/o the Ryan Mortuary.

Rex McKinney, 58, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, April 2nd, at Hospice of Salina, Kansas.

Rex was born in Peru, Indiana on September 9, 1954,  son of the late Mary (Douglas) and Lawrence  McKinney.

He was the husband of Sheryl  (Schneider) McKinney and she survives of the home.

Survivors include a daughter, Heather Mettlen and husband Dell, of Salina, KS;  grandson, Wyatt Alexander Rex Mettlen of Salina; sisters, Lori Volano and husband Richard of Flordia, Sindee Wooley and husband Jim of Georgia; and half-brother, Andrew McKinney and wife Stevie.

A memorial service will be held at University United Methodist Church, Salina, Kansas, at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 6th, 2013.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
