Barbara Cook, 79, of Haddam, KS, died Friday, March 25, 2016 at the Centennial Homestead Nursing Home in Washington.
Visitation will be Monday from noon to 8 p.m. at Ward Funeral Home in Washington. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, March 29 at the United Methodist Church in Haddam.
Burial will be in the Morrowville Cemetery.
Survivors include her children, Beverly Finlayson, Nick Emery, and Kenneth Cook.
A memorial fund has been established and will be designated later. Contributions may be sent in care of Ward Funeral Home.
