Cecil E. Breeden was born July 31, 1935 in Charlottesville, Virginia the son of John and Nancy (Powell) Breeden.
Cecil loved NASCAR driving for a while and was a mechanic all of his life.
He is survived by his daughters Marge Scheele of Abilene, Nina Jenkins of Enterprise, Rita Armstrong of Junction City; son Earl Breeden of Abilene; brothers Albert, Edward, and Charlie Breeden all of Virginia; sisters Barbara Weaver of Missouri, Louise Rogers of Virginia; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Amy Breeden; a brother, a sister, and his parents.
Cecil passed away Friday, March 23, 2018 at the Memorial Hospital in Abilene. Visitation for Cecil will be from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM Monday evening at the funeral home. Cremation will follow.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cecil Breeden Memorial Fund to be designated at a later time and may be sent in care of the Martin-Becker-Carlson Funeral Home, 414 NW 3rd, Abilene, KS 67410.
