Kelli R. Morton, 39, of Salina, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2018. She was surrounded by love when she joined her parents and relatives in Paradise. Kelli was born Sept. 13, 1978 and a resident of Saline most of her life. Kelli married Dennis Morton, June 23, 2001. They lived in Iowa for several years before returning to Kansas.
Kelli was a lover of animals, having four “furbabies” Mitzi, Molly, Lily, and Star whom she loved like children. She was known for her kindness and her love for helping others. She enjoyed adopting a family at Christmas, so she could be sure the kids had a good Christmas. She was always thinking of ways to help others, even if it meant her going without. Kelli also loved collecting things. She had collections of dolls, salt and pepper shakers, and her snow globes. She had a love for her family that was immeasurable, and she will be greatly missed.
She is survived by: her husband, Dennis of the home; brothers, Johnny Price (Debbie) of Marysville, and Shane Price (Megan) of Tacoma, Wash.; and nephews and niece, Josiah, Jaxson, and Jlynn of Tacoma, Wash.
Kelli was preceded in death by: her mother, Karen Price in 2015; and father, Jerry Price in 2017.
There will be a graveside service at a later date. Ryan Mortuary, Salina, is handling arrangements.
Memorials to: the American Diabetes Association, or Saline County Animal Shelter, in Kelli’s name.
