Martin Dean Sheridan, 59, of Lyons, passed away June 12, 2018 at his home in Lyons, Kansas. He was born February 8, 1959 in Sterling, Kansas, the son of Ed and Shirley Lucas Sheridan.
He graduated from Lyons High School with the class of 1977. Martin has been a near lifelong Lyons resident. He was a self-employed carpenter, mechanic-machinist and farmer.
He is survived by his mother, Shirley Sheridan; brother, Daniel and wife Anita Sheridan; daughters, Sierra Dawn Sheridan and Nichole Riggs; and son, Adam Riggs. He was preceded in death by his father, Ed Sheridan; and brothers, Jeff and Kenny Sheridan.
Graveside service will be 10:00 A.M., Monday, June 18, 2018 at Lyons Municipal Cemetery. Memorials can be made to Muscular Dystrophy in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
