kee30318TUCUMCARI, N.M. – Joan Dell Keele, 69, of Tucumcari, N.M., died Wednesday, March 20, 2013. in Amarillo, Texas. She was born Dec. 14, 1943, in Oakland, Calif., the daughter of James and Doris (Shields) Jackson. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles, and a son, John Kevin Keele.

She is survived by her children, Bob (Delia) Keele, Joan (Scott) Stockfish, Fay (Doug Middleton) Brown, Tim (Thelma) Keele and Joy (Brian) Hernandez; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She has a sister, Doris Jean Carter, and a brother, James (Shirley) Jackson.

Joan lived her life with great strength, courage, faith and love. That torch has now been passed on to us. Life is not about things, but people, family and friends. So in her honor, let us take up her torch and live our lives with strength, courage, faith and love. As she always said, “God isn’t finished with her yet,” and He isn’t finished with us.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday March 27, 2013, at Ryan Mortuary, Salina, Kan. Burial will be in Brookville (Kan.) City Cemetery. Friends may call from noon until 8 p.m. Tuesday at Ryan Mortuary.

ing30318Zachary Scott Ingram, 25, of Salina, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Monday, March 18, 2013. He was born July 16, 1987, in Salina. He found joy and purpose in his work as an auto mechanic in the Salina area.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Glen E. Ingram and John J. Ravenkamp Sr.; uncles, John J. Ravenkamp Jr. and Marion “Mac” Miller; and cousin, Judson J. Eisenhauer.

He is survived by his parents, Edward and Linda Ingram, of Salina; brother, Eric E. (Jackie) Cole, of Germany; sisters, Amanda (Austin) Little, of Salina, and Christine Ingram, of Nowata, Okla.; grandmothers, Susan Ravenkamp Jamison and Shirley Cutler, both of Salina; nephews, Stephen Cole, Ryan VanGorder, Jens Cole, Matthew Cole, Logan Cole, Timothy Cole and Caddock Little; niece, Lynsy Ingram; seven aunts; one uncle; 24 cousins; and many caring friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 25, 2013, at First Baptist Church of Salina, 843 Lewis Ave. A light lunch and time of fellowship will follow directly after the service.
