Pam K. Carnes, 62, of Salina, died Thursday, May 23, 2013.
Survivors include her husband, Carl; sons, Shawn and Jeremy; and two grandchildren, Ian and Anna.
Memorial service will be held in mid-June at Ryan Mortuary, Salina.
