Barbara A. Jarvis, 52, of Salina, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2013. She was born January 22, 1961, in Salina, the daughter of Cylus Johnson and Shirley Montis.
Barbara was preceded in death by her grandparents and sister, Amy Jo Johnson.
She is survived by: husband, Thomas Jarvis, of Salina; son, Jake Jarvis, of Salina; daughter, Jessie Jarvis and son-in-law, Brian Gaskins, of Salina; stepdaughter, Tammy Jo Jarvis, of Salina; parents, Cylus and Shirley; sister, Debbie Bostelman; brother, David Johnson and wife Louis; niece, Krystal Kershaw; grandchildren, Cody, Katie, Finn, Damon, Jaden, Trenton and Jayda.
Memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at Ryan Mortuary. Inurnment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the National POW/MIA Foundation and left in care of Ryan Mortuary, 137 N. Eighth St., Salina, KS 67401.
